Our college combines its distinctive approach to the education of young people with added value of working in partnership with parents and the local community. We place great emphasis on creating a happy, safe and secure environment in which academic and personal development can take place. In May 2006, Haven High Technology College and Carlton Road Primary School merged, with the unanimous support of both governing bodies, to become Lincolnshire's first 3-16 School Federation and form the largest educational establishment in the area under the leadership of Adrian Reed. As a result of the governing body of Staniland County Primary School expressing a desire to join the Federation in 2008, after due consultation, The Witham Schools Federation, encompassing Haven High, Carlton Road and Staniland schools, was formed to service the educational needs of over 1700 young people in the Boston area.
